The Liv.rent landlord survey

A Solo and Live.rent initiative

Liv.rent is a rental platform across 9 of Canada’s largest cities. Their base started in western Canada, came to Toronto in 2020 and they have plans to further increase their presence in eastern Canada starting early 2026.

The attached survey link is specific to Solo landlords. We are always looking for statistics and are asking for your support to fill out the survey consisting of only 8 questions. This survey will end on Jan 14, 2026 and we should receive the Canada-wide results by mid-February. If you City is not on the survey, select Other.
