1. A Judge has signed the go ahead to lay charges on a tenant for bankruptcy fraud
2. A longtime LTB file has just received their eviction Order
3. A hearing date has been assigned in Superior court for criminal charges on a tenant
4. A landlord and a tenant are in an examination hearing right now. They have been requested to provide their Income Tax and Visa statements, Bank account statements within the past 24 months, their current lease agreement, birthdates and more.
5. The next MPP newsletter update will be issued this afternoon. That is issue # 5. MPP update newsletters have been produced by Board of Director, Tracy Tong. 6. Board of Director Kevin Costain will be making a presentation to Bradford city Council mid April regarding a motion that was passed requesting help for small-scale landlords.

8. A warrant will be issued soon for a company that has been producing fake application info, fake employment letters and fake paystub‘s
